Still I can't download a User Manual (a very basic thing) and I'm blocked from using the Complete subscription plan as I understood you will allow me to do before renewing the subscription for another year. For about three weeks we corresponded and talked by phone intermittently with the sales department and with the technical support. ![]() Only when my subscription period was about to end were they interested, why do I not extend the subscription? I explained to them by phone indicating all my written questions that did not receive an appropriate answer, in my opinion. Despite this they still did not provide sufficient technical support, as I had expected. They acknowledged that they did not give me good enough service and compensated me in September 2020 in part and also extended the subscription period. Unfortunately I did not receive technical support that suited my needs. From May 2020 I have had MyHaritage's Complete Plan.
